1. Refund Eligibility
In light of the nature and content offered by digital media, IPTV Hungary provides the seven-day guarantee of money back for new customers. If you’re unhappy with the product within seven days after purchasing and you haven’t used the service frequently (i.e. not more than 10 hours worth of video content watched) then you’re qualified for a complete reimbursement.
- Refund Requests: To request a refund, please contact our customer support team at support@iptvhungary.org within 7 days of purchase. In the email, include your customer’s information as well as the reason you want to request a refund.

2. Cancellations
You can end your account at any time through our support department. The cancellation is effective immediately but you’ll still have access to the service up until the conclusion of the current period. Refunds for partial time are issued in the event of non-use.
3. Device Returns (If Applicable)
If we supply physical device (e.g., IPTV set-top box) Refunds can be accepted in the first fourteen days after delivery, as long as that the item is returned in its original packaging as well as its original packaging. The customer is responsible for the return charges for transportation and the item must remain in use.
4. Damaged or Faulty Products
If you are given a damaged or defective device, you must notify us within seven days after receipt. We’ll make arrangements an exchange or complete refund of the device. Be sure to include pictures of the issue or damage within your Return request.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- All activation costs, installation costs, or fees from third parties.
- Fees for usage of services (after the first seven days).
- If your service is suspended because of the violation of our Conditions of Service.
